2025 Annual Report

Canada Day Barrhaven Inc.  Annual Report — 2025

Message from the President

On behalf of the Board of Directors and the many volunteers who make Canada Day in Barrhaven possible, I am pleased to present the 2025 Annual Report.

Canada Day in Barrhaven continues to be one of the largest community‑run Canada Day celebrations in the National Capital Region. Our event is entirely volunteer‑driven and funded through sponsorships, grants, fundraisers, and community donations. In 2025, despite rising costs and ongoing funding challenges, we successfully delivered a safe, inclusive, and family‑friendly celebration for tens of thousands of residents and visitors.

This success would not be possible without the dedication of our volunteers, the support of our sponsors, and the continued trust of our community partners. Thank you to everyone who contributed their time, resources, and enthusiasm.

Darrell Bartraw
President, Canada Day Barrhaven Inc.
